We are Coqui Castillo, a gastronomic holding company comprising two business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We have been operating in the market for 5 years and currently operate 4 dark kitchens serving the main districts of Metropolitan Lima. We deliver personalized gastronomic experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events. **At Black Poke, we seek fast, organized, and responsible individuals to prepare ingredients and assemble our poke bowls.** Prior experience working at a poke shop is not required. We value experience in restaurants, fast food, cafeterias, juice bars, sushi restaurants, cevicherías, food production, or similar roles. **What will you do?** * ** **Prepare bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces following our recipes. * Assemble orders quickly and accurately. * Adhere to portion sizes and presentation standards for each product. * Maintain your workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Support the team during peak demand hours. **What are we looking for?** * **** Minimum 6 months of experience in cooking or food production.
