Job Summary: Responsible for accompanying the sales force in the traditional channel, executing commercial promotion activities, and ensuring proper product display and rotation to increase sell-out and develop the brand. Contribute to increased sell-out and brand development. **Job description:** Responsible for accompanying the sales force in the traditional channel and executing commercial promotion activities in the field. In addition, conduct tastings and activations in the modern channel, ensuring proper product display, rotation, and visibility. This role directly contributes to increased sell-out and brand development at assigned points of sale—both in the North and West zones. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper brand display and/or visibility in supermarkets, markets, and assigned customers. * Conduct daily monitoring of product rotation and identify improvement opportunities per point of sale. * Properly display and organize products at the point of sale. * Restock merchandise and maintain stock availability. * Verify prices, promotions, and expiration dates. * Implement advertising materials (POP) according to brand guidelines. * Monitor inventory and report incidents or stockouts. * Collect competitor and market information. * Maintain daily reports and continuously track field results. **Salary and benefits:** * Compensation: S/1,300 to S/1,400 * Commissions and incentives up to S/1,000 based on performance * Transportation allowance: S/400 * Career growth and professional development path (small company) * Ongoing training and commercial support Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.2,600.00 per month Application question(s): * The budget for this position is as detailed in the job posting.
