




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute procurement management for supplies and inventory control across a group of restaurants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic procurement planning for restaurants 2. End-to-end management of supplies and groceries 3. Tracking and execution of cyclic inventories Plan restaurant procurement activities. Procure supplies, materials, vegetables, groceries, and proteins for a group of restaurants. Input invoices for purchased products. Execute and track cyclic inventories.
