Job Summary: We are seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning and maintenance of rooms and areas, ensuring guest comfort and compliance with hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of assigned rooms and areas 2. Report forgotten items and malfunctions for corrective actions 3. Ensure proper presentation and guest comfort We are looking for a Housekeeper for our DEMACER Recreational Center \- (Ñaña) Chaclacayo RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform cleaning of assigned rooms and areas according to the daily work report, ensuring proper presentation and guest comfort. * Properly prepare housekeeping carts in accordance with standard procedures to facilitate task execution and reservation requirements. * Change and make beds in rooms to provide guests with a clean and comfortable environment, in accordance with established standards. * Clean and disinfect room bathrooms, and supply towels, soap, and necessary amenities to ensure guest comfort in rooms. * Report guests’ forgotten items, equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and missing property in rooms so responsible personnel may take appropriate action per procedure. * Conduct inspections upon guest checkout to verify that all room property is present and in good condition, preventing loss or damage. * Request cleaning materials and supplies from the area supervisor, ensuring availability of materials and tools according to stock levels. * Clean and organize assigned workspaces, materials, equipment, and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and hygiene protocols in all cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Perform other duties and responsibilities within one’s scope as stipulated by current regulatory provisions and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education and/or final-year student in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Cleaning products knowledge, customer service skills. * Office (Basic level), knowledge of cleaning processes. * English – Intermediate level. * One year of experience in the hotel industry or related fields.
