Timely payments **Montreal Magdalena Hotel located at: Jirón Grau 725, Magdalena del Mar.** We are looking for your talent! **We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform check-in and check-out, early check-in and late check-out. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback. * Promote product sales and support the reception team in carrying out its functions, ensuring adherence to established standards. * Effectively receive and hand over shifts, communicating relevant information and incidents. * Process account billing and manage the reception petty cash fund. * Manage hotel-assigned reservations and handle cancellations, no-shows, and credit notes according to policy. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum six months of experience in hotel front office operations. * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality and Tourism **(MANDATORY)** * Experience using OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Despegar, etc.) * Intermediate English proficiency. * Professional appearance, clear communication, and empathetic attitude. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Proficiency in Google tools, Canva, and Microsoft Office. * Residence in areas near the district of Magdalena. **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible and punctual * Proactive * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork capability **MONTREAL MAGADALENA HOTEL** offers: * **Rotating schedules** * Good working environment * Timely payments * Job stability * Career path * Enrollment in MYPE (microenterprise) payroll If you are interested, apply now! **Contact us at 922 300 904 (WhatsApp only), attaching your CV.
