A prominent group of Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars is seeking a Human Resources Specialist. Work Location: Miraflores Work Modality: In-person Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm • Saturdays: 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Salary Range: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,000 per month Payroll registration under REMYPE Bonus equivalent to 50% of salary in July and December REQUIREMENTS: • Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields • Experience in recruitment and personnel selection • Experience in workplace climate, training, and career development • Proficiency in recruitment platforms • Experience preparing reports and conducting reference checks • Intermediate Excel skills • Responsible, organized, proactive individual with ability to work under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES: • Posting job openings on portals and social media • Screening and evaluating CVs • Conducting initial interviews • Administering psychometric and technical assessments • Supporting onboarding and documentation processes • Coordinating induction and adaptation of new employees • Monitoring integration process • Organizing internal workshops and training sessions If you meet the profile and wish to join a dynamic and growing group, apply with us. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate 1 year of experience Age: between 26 and 32 years Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
