Lima, Peru Fulltime Job Responsibilities: Process the reservations for the passengers' travel: hotels, restaurants, transportation, entrance to tourist sites, etc. Coordinate the confirmation of reservations with the relevant suppliers. Prepare travel itineraries for passengers. Make reservation request updates. Meet and greet passengers at the airport to welcome them. Assist the emergency cell phone according to schedule. Resolve emergencies occurring on tour with clients/suppliers. Support in rescheduling tours affected by incidents and/or contingencies. Job Requirements: Technical or university studies in Tourism Administration, Tourism and Hospitality or related careers. At least 1 year of experience managing reservations in inbound tourism agencies (important). Experience using Google Workspace. Knowledge of touristic destinations in Peru (desirable).
