Opportunity for continuous learning and career progression. **COMEDSA Engineering and Construction SAC**, a prominent metalworking company, is seeking **01 METAL STRUCTURES SITE RESIDENT** for a project located in HUACHIPA\-LIMA, meeting the following description: **Job Mission:** Ensure project scope and quality compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and design the work plan for project execution. * Plan and organize resources assigned to the project. * Coordinate with subcontractors. * Monitor project progress according to the established schedule. * Prepare client billings. * Produce daily and weekly progress reports. * Lead the on-site technical team. * Cultivate and maintain commercial relationships with the client and all parties involved in project execution. * Other responsibilities (Three Week, PPC, LA).
