Our **Finance** team is seeking a **Sales Administration Assistant** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to support the sales department in issuing electronic payment documents, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations, internal control standards, and legal requirements. Manage customer vehicle registration and validate the completeness of sales files. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage the issuance of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, and/or credit notes). * Comply with requirements of internal and/or external audits. * Responsible for maintaining custody control of sales operation files. * Update the sales control dashboard. * Monitor the settlement of issued documents. * Track and resolve observations raised during the vehicle registration process. * Provide direct support to the sales team. * Ensure compliance with internal controls. * Other tasks assigned by your direct manager. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed university or technical education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within automotive and/or fast-moving consumer goods companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. * Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is desirable. **Start Your Journey** Join our team and become part of a world-leading automotive company that is **transforming tomorrow, together.** We are committed to developing internal talent; therefore, if you are interested in this position but do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply.
