Job Summary: Responsible for leading the store team, serving as the liaison with back office, identifying commercial opportunities, and promoting process compliance and Puig culture. Fixed salary + performance-based commissions You will be responsible for leading your store team and acting as the communication link with back office, capable of identifying and activating commercial opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. As Team Leader, your mission is to promote compliance with our brands’ processes, working collaboratively and in alignment with Puig’s culture and values. **Your Challenges** * Organize the team and propose work schedules * Drive, advise on, and close sales * Provide offline or online advisory support as part of the shopping experience * Execute inventory management and ensure correct usage of stock, testers, and work materials * Implement brand guidelines: cleanliness, layout, shelf testers, counters, wrapping, sampling * Lead the BA team: hold daily meetings and communicate sales targets and back office instructions * Submit weekly reports (sales progress vs. quota, feedback on launches, stockouts, database updates) * Convey Puig values through interpersonal skills and adherence to standards of personal appearance, composure, and uniform wear **We’d Love to Meet You If You Have** * 2 years of relevant experience * Basic Excel proficiency (preferred) * Basic digital skills (preferred) * Leadership and communication skills * Work location: Department store (Retail Falabella or Ripley) * Working hours: Rotating shifts (11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 12:30 PM–9:30 PM) **What We Offer You** * Continuous training to enhance your professional development * Fixed salary \+ performance-based commissions * Profit-sharing participation * Corporate discounts on our products * The opportunity to represent global brands within an internationally recognized company Apply now and join the PUIG universe!
