Assisting with finishing and painting OL Group is currently seeking an All-Round Technician for Offices (San Isidro) Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Handling technical incidents. * Electrical and plumbing repairs. * Assisting with finishing and painting. * Working rotating shifts, subject to prior coordination (morning, afternoon, night) Requirements: * Technical graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in buildings in general. * Knowledge of: Electricity, Plumbing, Painting, Locksmithing, Finishing.
