Main Responsibilities: * Provide personalized and courteous service to passengers within the VIP lounge regarding all buffet or bar items available for consumption inside the lounge, or other lounge services. * Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring proper table setup and organization. * Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. * Support buffet or bar station setup and restocking. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient, high-quality customer experiences. * Adhere to service and hospitality protocols at all times. Requirements: * Completed university or technical degree in Tourism Management, Gastronomy, or related fields (Mandatory). * Intermediate English (Mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in restaurants or hotels. * Teamwork skills, customer orientation, effective communication, flexibility, and positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
