Requirements * Minimum of **6 months** of experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service roles within restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. * Technical studies in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of table service and customer service. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and service orientation. * Ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments and under pressure. * Availability to work at La Perla – Callao. Responsibilities * Deliver personalized customer service during food and beverage service. * Take orders and provide food and beverage recommendations. * Coordinate timely requests with kitchen and bar staff. * Process payments and assist with end-of-shift closing procedures. * Set up, clear, and clean tables and service stations. * Address customer inquiries and resolve requests courteously. * Contribute to maintaining the company’s quality and service standards.
