Your performance must contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and increased average ticket value through effective suggestive selling. **Professional Profile** * Approximate age: 20 to 30 years. * Currently pursuing or completed technical studies in Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the gastronomy sector. * Preferred experience in high-turnover restaurants or casual premium concepts. * Knowledge of suggestive selling techniques and customer service. **Key Competencies** * Customer orientation. * Communication and influence skills. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Commercial ability. * Teamwork. * Stress tolerance. * Problem-solving. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet, serve, and advise customers throughout their entire restaurant experience. * Present the menu, promotions, and specialized recommendations. * Apply suggestive selling techniques to maximize per-customer consumption. * Accurately record orders and track them until delivery. * Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and cashier. * Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area. * Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
