At INVERSIONES ANSAS PERÚ S.A.C., we are searching for top talent for the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT at our Los Olivos branch. REQUIREMENTS: * Full and immediate availability (Mandatory: Must NOT currently be enrolled in studies due to the need to work overtime as required). * Experience not required (3–6 months of experience in warehouse, operational, loading, or physically demanding roles is desirable but not mandatory). * Basic or Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform physical labor (lifting, unloading, and handling boxes). * Residence in Los Olivos or nearby areas. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of merchandise. * Perform loading, unloading, stacking, and arranging of boxes or products in assigned areas. * Timely restocking of racks, gondolas, and order-picking zones. * Execute order picking and packing processes. * Assist in inventory control, tracking, and system updates. * Record and safeguard documentation related to material inflow and outflow (delivery notes, reports, etc.). * Schedule orders and coordinate dispatches with internal departments, customers, and account executives. * Prepare reports and consolidate operational data on warehouse movements and incidents. * Carry out daily housekeeping, cleaning, and closing procedures for the branch/warehouse. * Comply with company operational procedures and safety regulations. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Fixed salary: S/ 1,400.00 per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Overtime: Work performed outside regular hours will be considered overtime according to applicable regulations. * Evaluation period: 3 months under a Service Contract. * Payroll registration: Enrollment in payroll upon successful completion of the 3-month evaluation period. * Opportunities for career advancement and salary increases based on performance.
