If you have experience teaching English and skills in supervising and organizing teaching teams, this is your opportunity. Work Mode: In-person Available Locations: * ***In front of Real Plaza Puruchuco*** **Why Join Us?** * Market-competitive salary * Timely payments * Positive work environment * Ongoing training * Professional development opportunities * Corporate discount on courses for family members **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the teaching team * Provide continuous feedback and support to teachers * Ensure compliance with teaching methodology * Monitor student progress * Manage assessments (placement, level testing, and performance evaluation) * Prepare academic reports * Support on-site academic activities **Requirements:** * Degree in Education, Languages, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency * Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience * Prior experience supervising or coordinating teachers is preferred * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Proficiency in digital tools * Availability for in-person work **Conditions:** * 8-hour daily work schedule \+ 1-hour lunch break * Rotating shifts within Monday–Sunday range (1 day off per week) Join our academic team and contribute to the education of new students!
