Job Summary: A professional with experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and customer service to supervise and administer fleet and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring process compliance and vehicle availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet management and vehicle maintenance 2. Infrastructure and license administration 3. Technical support and customer service **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 01\. MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT Supervise fleet maintenance—preventive and corrective. 2\. INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION Manage maintenance and renovation of facilities, including operating licenses and permits. 3\. SYSTEM REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT Ensure data accuracy in the maintenance management system (SUP). 4\. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT Supervise that the maintenance department complies with maintenance and/or repair processes and deadlines to ensure vehicle availability. SUP 5\. VEHICLE YARD CONTROL Perform daily quality control checks on vehicles in the yard. SUP 6\. PROCUREMENT ORDER MANAGEMENT Record procurement orders. 7\. MINI-CASH SETTLEMENT Record mini-cash documentation in the system. 8\. ST REGISTRATION IN COBRA Update vehicle records in Cobra. 9\. TICKET CONTROL Validate tickets on platforms. SUP 10\. TECHNICAL SUPPORT Provide technical assistance to customers in case of any incident. SUP **POSITION PROFILE** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS OR RELATED FIELD; DEGREE: UNIVERSITY OR TECHNICAL **WORK EXPERIENCE**: PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** KNOWLEDGE OF MAINTENANCE ERP SYSTEMS, TEAMWORK, PROBLEM-SOLVING, ORGANIZATION, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION **ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:** FLEET MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY KNOWLEDGE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. **MUST HOLD A CLASS A1 DRIVER'S LICENSE** **Benefits** * **Market-competitive salary** * **Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits.** Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
