Your mission will be to ensure that each drawing, report, and record is perfectly organized, secure, and available, supporting our teams to meet quality standards and established deadlines. Requirements Technical, bachelor's, or student in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, industrial administrative technician, or related fields. Knowledge of document control processes and practices in engineering and construction environments. Familiarity with other document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText). Intermediate knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation. Immediate availability. Functions: 1. Establish and maintain a document control system aligned with internal procedures and client requirements. 2. Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and archiving of all project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, etc.). 3. Ensure documents are correctly coded, versioned, and updated, maintaining rigorous version control. 4. Coordinate with project teams (engineers, supervisors, contractors) to ensure timeliness and accuracy in the delivery and receipt of documentation. 5. Maintain an updated master document register for tracking and document control. 6. Conduct periodic reviews of documentation to verify compliance and completeness with standards and regulations. 7. Prepare periodic progress reports on documentation, pending items, and upcoming deadlines for project management. 8. Upload, organize, and manage documents in Aconex and other document management platforms. 9. Digitize documents and ensure regular backups on authorized servers or clouds, guaranteeing information preservation. 10. Monitor deadlines for the delivery or review of key documents, ensuring timely compliance. 11. Participate in internal and external audits by providing access to required documentation and ensuring compliance. 12. Maintain the physical archive in order, classified and secure, and support document preservation. 13. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of document management processes, optimizing procedures for greater efficiency. Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
