We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Security Supervisor. **INTEGRATED SECURITY ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or Aeronautical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Minimum two years’ experience performing duties of this position. Knowledge of process management, Integrated Management Systems, ISO standards, IATA or aeronautical standards/regulations, Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), Operational Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management. Familiarity with airline procedures (desirable). Knowledge of audit processes (internal auditor certification preferred; lead auditor certification desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct inspections to verify compliance with SIG–SMS and AVSEC procedures. Collect evidence during investigations related to accidents, incidents, observations, and improvement opportunities arising from the SIG–SMS. Coordinate and participate in planning and delivering training related to SIG–SMS and AVSEC. Monitor and support analysis of SIG–SMS and AVSEC indicators and objectives within company processes. Follow up on agreements reached in committee meetings or other forums involving SIG–SMS and AVSEC. Collect X-ray equipment images and perform TIP analysis for each X-ray machine operator; likewise, verify that operators maintain the required competency level. Ensure comprehensive risk management (OSH, AVSEC, SMS, MA) for contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers operating within company facilities. **BENEFITS** Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. 80% EPS coverage by the company (optional).
