We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Security Supervisor. **INTEGRATED SECURITY ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or Aeronautical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the duties of this position. Knowledge of process management, Integrated Management Systems, ISO standards, IATA or aeronautical standards or regulations, Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Operational Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management. Familiarity with airline procedures (desirable). Knowledge of audit processes (certified internal auditor preferred; lead auditor desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct inspections to verify compliance with SIG–SMS and AVSEC procedures. Collect evidence during investigations related to accidents, incidents, observations, and improvement opportunities arising from SIG–SMS. Coordinate and participate in planning and conducting training related to SIG–SMS and AVSEC. Monitor and support analysis of SIG–SMS and AVSEC indicators and objectives across company processes. Follow up on agreements generated during Committee meetings or other meetings involving SIG–SMS and AVSEC. Collect X-ray equipment images and perform TIP analysis for each X-ray machine operator; likewise, verify that operators maintain the required proficiency level. Ensure comprehensive risk management (OSH, AVSEC, SMS, MA) of contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers operating within company facilities. **BENEFITS** Direct payroll registration with all legally mandated benefits.
