Maintaining cleanliness and order in the store Prestigious pastry corporation CORPORACIÓN RAULETTI S.A.C., a market leader for 18 years, is seeking female or male candidates with or without experience for the MULTIFUNCTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE position at our VENTANILLA \- MI PERÚ branch (PART-TIME). REQUIREMENTS: \- Interpersonal skills, proactivity, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability to change will be highly valued. \- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is desirable. \- Must reside in areas adjacent to the Mi Perú \- Ventanilla district. WORK SCHEDULE: * 1:30 p.m. \- 10:15 p.m., Monday through Sunday (one day off per week) / Full Time \- Once per week during the morning shift * 6:15 p.m. \- 10:15 p.m., Monday through Sunday (one day off per week) \- Part Time RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Always greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome. 2\. Approach customers upon entering the store and provide information about our products or address any questions they may have to facilitate their purchase; additionally, offer a variety of products and promotions to customers. 3\. Deliver products accurately and verify that customers pay for the items requested (payment receipts or invoices). 4\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, and maintain proper cleanliness and order across all store areas. 5\. Willingness to attend company-provided training regarding special orders and all products featured on the company’s menu. 6\. Thank customers sincerely and courteously for their purchase or visit.
