We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Call Center Operator. Requirements: Graduate or incomplete university or higher institute student in administrative or commercial fields. Over 1 year of experience in call center or customer service roles (experience in the healthcare sector is desirable). Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (48-hour weekly contract). Responsibilities: Answer and route calls to the appropriate extensions. Provide information about medical staff members. Provide information about hospitalized patients. Make public address announcements to locate clinic staff members or visitors promptly. Make appointment confirmation calls when necessary. Manage commercial campaigns as required.
