At XFLY Functional Training, we are looking for qualified personnel to join our Cleaning team. **Job Objective:** Maintain hygiene, order, and overall facility preservation, ensuring clean, safe, and operational environments for all our members. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning tasks (residential, office, commercial, gym, or other settings). * Punctuality, high commitment, initiative, and service orientation. * Residency in Lince or nearby districts (Lima District, La Victoria, San Borja, etc.). **Key Responsibilities:** * **General Cleaning:** Regularly disinfect and sanitize the equipment area, machines, reception, restrooms, and locker rooms. * **Exterior Areas:** Perform periodic cleaning of the main entrance, parking lot, and external areas. * **Waste Management:** Empty trash bins in training rooms, locker rooms, and reception throughout the day and at shift closing. * **Image Maintenance:** Maintain visual order and optimal facility conditions to provide a protected and comfortable environment. **Available Shifts:** * **Morning Shift:** * Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Day off: Rotating (Saturday or Sunday). * **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday–Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. * Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Day off: Rotating (Saturday or Sunday). **Benefits:** * Inclusion in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month (with corresponding labor rights). * Timely biweekly and monthly payments. * Complimentary membership to train at XFLY locations. * Immediate hiring and start date.
