Position Summary: We are seeking Commercial Technical Managers to lead commercial strategy, drive market development, and provide technical support in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in executing the commercial plan and market development. 2. Focus on technical support, clinical knowledge, and demand generation. 3. Competitor monitoring and development of specialized technical materials. A leading Peruvian company engaged in the marketing and production of veterinary pharmaceuticals, currently undergoing expansion and growth, is seeking 2 Commercial Technical Managers. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Veterinary Medicine. Experience: 3–5 years in livestock production and/or the veterinary pharmaceutical industry for large animals, or experience in poultry and swine production. Distributor management or related experience. Proficiency in key pathologies affecting large animals (parasitic, infectious, metabolic, reproductive). Understanding of livestock production systems and their impact on therapeutic decision-making. English: Intermediate–Advanced. Willingness to work from the Canada Office (international travel every two weeks or monthly). RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute the commercial plan. Commercial Management and Market Development. Track and ensure achievement of sales targets, forecasts, and margins within your product line. Technical Support and Demand Generation. Clinical and Production Knowledge. Monitor competitors, pricing, and technical trends. Develop technical materials tailored to the production realities of each country. Identify unmet market needs.
