Opportunity for growth in digital marketing and content creation SOKSO | A leading company in catalog-based footwear, apparel, and accessories retail, is looking for a **Digital Content Creator and Host** — a creative professional focused on developing strategic digital content. **Requirements:** * Technical and/or university degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Digital Communication, Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields * 2 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, audiovisual production, or UGC content * Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Shorts * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva Video, or similar * Knowledge of digital trends, viral formats, hooks, and storytelling for social media * Ability to perform confidently on camera, host content, and participate in activations or live streams * Basic understanding of digital metrics such as reach, retention, engagement, CTR, and views * Preferred experience in UGC content and performance-oriented digital campaigns * Skills: creativity, communication, initiative, organization, and teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Create digital content aimed at recruiting new SOKSO stars and sales representatives * Serve as host, brand image, or presenter in videos, live streams, interviews, and activations * Develop ideas, scripts, hooks, and messages aligned with trends and target audiences * Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms * Record vertical-format content for social media and digital campaigns * Perform basic editing and rapid adaptation of videos for social media * Coordinate with the audiovisual team for high-production or advanced-editing assets * Manage testimonial and UGC content in collaboration with the Sales and Community Manager teams * Support adaptation of assets for paid advertising and organic content * Review content performance metrics to identify learnings and improvement opportunities * Maintain an updated repository of trends, references, and content for future campaigns **We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation based on evaluation * Formal employment from day one — General Regime with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, health insurance) * Timely monthly payments * Corporate discounts on group products * Opportunity for growth and development in digital marketing and content creation **Conditions:** * On-site work in LINCE * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. **Apply through this channel and become part of SOKSO — creating content that inspires, connects, and helps drive new opportunities for thousands of entrepreneurs.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your salary expectation for formal employment (planilla) * What is your age? * In which district do you reside? * What did you study and what is your academic degree? * How many years of experience do you have in similar roles? * Are you available to work PRESENTIALLY in LINCE, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.?
