Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Services Contract Administrator. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct necessary contractual analyses to ensure correct payment and proper application of contracted services to the strategic partner. * Coordinate internally at Entel all required steps for the proper execution of the relevant contract. * Ensure proper administration of payments triggered by the contractual relationship. * Analyze risk variables that may impact Entel’s customers due to non-compliance by the strategic partner. * Propose necessary contractual improvements and provisions to protect Entel’s interests. * Coordinate implementation of operational model improvements agreed upon between the parties, based on feedback from Entel’s operations. **Requirements:** Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Desirable specialization in supplier (strategic partner) contract management. Desirable specialization in service management (ITIL, ISO 20000, or similar). Experience in telecommunications operations (fiber optics, fixed services). Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations, B2C and/or B2B service management. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and controlling contracts with suppliers or strategic partners. Experience in contractual validation, service control, and supplier payment calculations.
