We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: Cost and Budget Analyst Location: San Isidro **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Analyze unit prices under the supervision of the department head. * Participate in preparing technical-economic tenders. * Participate in preparing the final budgets for assigned projects. * Participate in drafting technical specifications for construction tenders, to define scope. * Participate in team-based tasks coordinated by the department head, enabling proper performance of duties. * Conduct cost analyses for each line item in assigned projects. * Assist the department head in gathering scope definitions from various company departments. * Prepare, calculate, and analyze quantity take-offs for construction works. * Contact suppliers to negotiate pricing for inputs and services requested by the immediate supervisor. * Contact and select suppliers for purchasing inputs, products, and raw materials. * Track construction requirements. * Perform other related and complementary tasks associated with the position. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or certified graduate in **Civil Engineering**. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience. * Industry/Sector: Industrial, Retail, Corporate Office Implementations, or related fields. * Department: Costs and Budgets / Procurement.
