A well-established dental clinic in Ventanilla and Faucett (2 locations), with over 15 years of experience, is seeking INDEPENDENT DENTISTS—general or specialists—including pediatric dentists, rehabilitation specialists, esthetic dentists, orthodontists, and endodontists—who are ethical and responsible professionals eager to join the ODONTOLIAN team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Dentist in healthcare sectors.
· Licensed and registered dentist.
· Specialists in Pediatric Dentistry, Rehabilitation, Esthetics, or Orthodontics.
· Excellence in service delivery.
· Results-oriented mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review appointment schedules according to the clinical agenda.
· Ensure patient clinical records are complete to obtain patient information and schedule care (e.g., medical history, dental questionnaire, odontogram).
· Review radiographs presented by patients during consultations.
· Accurately complete clinical records and progress notes.
· Evaluate the odontogram to identify carious teeth, restorations in good or poor condition, or fixed appliances.
· Clearly explain all required procedures to patients—including extractions, wound care, malocclusion correction, etc.
· Prepare and thoroughly explain treatment estimates to patients.
· Receive necessary materials to begin the agreed-upon treatment plan with the patient, indicating if radiographs are required.
· Perform wound care, restorations, exodontia, dental cleaning, simple extractions, and conventional root canal treatments.
· Deliver preventive treatments—including sealants and fluorotherapy.
· Refer complex cases—including malocclusion, endodontics, and deteriorated crowns—to specialists, collaborating and coordinating comprehensive patient care.
· Perform periapical radiographs.
· Educate patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and provide instructions on brushing techniques and flossing, offering personalized advice and recommendations for at-home dental care.
· Request required work materials from the Lead Dental Assistant responsible for dispensing or procurement.
· Other duties inherent to the position.

Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month
