Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and installations, ensuring operational continuity and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Industrial electrical maintenance of systems and equipment 2. Electrical fault diagnosis and repair 3. Interpretation of electrical drawings and technical manuals Primary Function: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant’s electrical systems and installations, ensuring their operability, safety, and compliance with current technical and electrical safety standards. Specific Functions: * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, distribution panels, motors, lighting fixtures, and industrial equipment. * Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals to ensure proper execution of work. * Dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical components (e.g., motors, panels, contactors, sensors, etc.), replacing defective or worn-out parts. * Diagnose electrical faults in systems or equipment using measuring instruments and testing procedures. * Support electrical installation or improvement projects as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Technical diploma or degree in Industrial Electrician or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance within industrial environments. * Minimum 2 years’ experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, and automated systems (preferred). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings. * Knowledge of VFD and PLC programming (preferred). * Familiarity with measurement instruments such as clamp meters, multimeters, etc. Conditions: * Employment Status: Direct payroll with all statutory benefits. * Work Location: Callao Flour Mill Plant. * 100% covered meals. * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. * Remuneration: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience and profile.
