Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment Main Responsibility: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant's electrical systems and installations, guaranteeing their operational continuity, safety, and compliance with current technical and electrical safety standards. Specific Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, panels, motors, lighting fixtures, and industrial equipment. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals to ensure proper execution of tasks. * Dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical components (motors, panels, contactors, sensors, etc.), replacing defective or worn parts. * Diagnose electrical faults in systems or equipment using measurement instruments and testing procedures. * Support electrical installation or improvement projects as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, and ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Technical diploma or degree in Industrial Electrician or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial environments. * Minimum 2 years of experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, and automated systems (preferred). * Knowledge of reading and interpreting diagrams. * Knowledge of programming variable frequency drives (VFDs) and PLCs (preferred). * Familiarity with measurement instruments, clamp meters, multimeters, etc. Conditions: * Employment regime: Direct payroll with all statutory benefits. * Work location: Callao Flour Mill Plant. * Full meal coverage. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m. * Compensation: Market-competitive salary based on experience and profile.
