Job Description Mission: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to execute delegated tasks that meet the needs of internal customers. You are responsible for coordinating and administering the activities and services provided to employees in the use of workplace spaces. Activities include: design, implementation, and supervision of cafeteria, travel, cleaning, reception, and courier services; negotiation and review of service contracts with external providers or contractors; resizing resources required to deliver these services upon opening new work centers; monitoring contract compliance. Candidate Requirements JOB OBJECTIVE Strategically lead and ensure the comprehensive, efficient, and safe operation of all non-technical support services for the construction project—including planning, implementation, and management of the camp (residential, offices, dining areas), field logistics, vehicle fleet, perimeter security, and general services. Your goal is to create and maintain a work ecosystem that optimizes productivity, ensures the well-being of all personnel (from laborers to executives), and contributes to meeting the project’s schedule and budget. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum 7 years’ experience managing general services, facilities, or maintenance in construction projects. Location: * Willingness to reside and work in the city of Cusco for the duration of the project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead logistical planning and camp design (layout, capacity, traffic flows) from the mobilization phase, in coordination with the Project Manager and Safety Manager. * Select and negotiate framework agreements with strategic suppliers: high-volume catering, industrial laundry, rental of mobile toilets and showers, private security, waste management, potable water supply, and energy supply. * Ensure all camp facilities (dormitories, dining areas, offices, infirmary, recreational areas) comply with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort, and conform to NOM-031-STPS and local regulations. * Supervise camp solid waste and wastewater management, ensuring environmental compliance and contracting specialized services. * Implement and audit sustainability programs at the camp (energy efficiency, water consumption reduction, recycling). * Plan camp scalability or downsizing according to project phases and crew size. * Design and optimize internal site logistics: supply routes, unloading points, storage management for non-technical materials and PPE. * Manage the project’s vehicle fleet (light and heavy support vehicles): rental vs. purchase strategy, preventive maintenance programs, fuel and tire control. * Coordinate mass transportation of personnel from nearby cities or between different work fronts. * Strictly monitor consumption and costs of critical services (water, energy, fuel, food). * Conduct periodic audits of all contracted services (food quality, security service performance, waste handling). * Generate executive reports for management on service status, incidents, budget, and action plans.
