




Job Summary: This HR role encompasses recruitment and selection, personnel evaluation, HR documentation management, attendance control, and contract updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment and personnel selection processes 2. Conduct performance, attitude, and skills evaluations 3. Administer HR documentation and attendance control - Recruitment, selection, and hiring of new personnel. - Personnel evaluation (Performance, Attitude, and Skills Evaluation). - Occupational Medical Evaluation process. - Workplace Climate Survey. - Review of documentation related to HR processes. - Issuance of memoranda to personnel. - Leave management and attendance control. - Updating of SCTR and Life Law records. - Contracts. Residence in La Molina, ATE, and surrounding areas. Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
