Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and detect and repair faults in HVAC equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Argentina (**Callao) and** Av. Gambeta **(Ventanilla) (candidates residing in nearby areas preferred)** Working Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM (48 hours per week) **Compensation:** S/.2,050 to S/.2,500 (based on evaluation) Certification Bonus: S/.100 (one-time payment, subject to timely compliance) **Requirements:** * Technical **degree or certificate** in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Climate Control, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience**. * Proficiency with ***Split, Fan Coil, Rooftop, and exhaust*** units. * **Immediate availability** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ***Split, Fan Coil, Rooftop, and exhaust*** units (axial, helical, centrifugal). * Detect mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. * Repair refrigerant gas leaks in the system. * Replace accessories (valves, solenoids, compressors, etc.). * Diagnose and eliminate faults in HVAC systems. * Clean condensers, evaporators, and air filters. * Monitor refrigerant gas levels and recharge according to specifications. **Benefits (Payroll - General Regime):** * 100% CTS (Compensation for Time of Service) * Two annual bonuses * 30 paid vacation days * Health insurance (EsSalud) * Day shift: 48 hours per week * Timely payment: Paid at month-end * Payroll registration: Formal employment registration with full labor benefits * Family allowance: If you have a family, you will receive additional financial support * Work environment: DP World is recognized as a "Great Place to Work", meaning it is an excellent workplace with a pleasant atmosphere and growth opportunities.
