Continuous learning in applied teaching methodologies A company specializing in safety and emergency response training is looking for a Junior Firefighter Instructor focused on practical training and skill development for emergency response teams. What Are We Looking For? Active firefighter with at least 2 years of service at the rank of Section Leader Age between 21 and 30 years Experience delivering training sessions (mandatory) Excellent communication skills and group facilitation ability Positive attitude, proactivity, and service orientation Genuine interest in developing as a trainer/instructor Main Responsibilities Delivering training in first aid, emergency response, and emergency response teams. Supporting the implementation of training programs Participating in hands-on exercises and simulations Contributing to the continuous improvement of training content. Service Conditions Engagement Type: Honorarium Receipts Workload: 48 hours per month (12 hours per week) Scheduling in 4-hour blocks: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Days: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) Honorarium: S/ 1,200 per month What Do We Offer?
