Correctly preparing dishes following standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3\. Assisting in order receiving while ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5\. Immediately informing the Head Chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9\. Understanding proper handling and completion of forms and production records.
