This includes defining and updating the landscape plan, achieving technical and financial targets, and coordinating with key public, private, and civil society sector partners. Additionally, ensure the landscape’s financial health—both in resource mobilization and implementation—as well as lead, support, and develop the landscape team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, innovation, and high performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure achievement of the Strategic Plan 2022–2030 objectives through implementation of the biennial landscape plan. * Supervise the landscape team—including leaders of each strategic line, target holders, and other Pacific team members—ensuring they possess the capabilities and support required to maintain their well-being and achieve landscape goals. * Responsible for the landscape’s financial sustainability by meeting fundraising targets and timely monitoring and controlling resource implementation. * Promote landscape alignment with strategic allies, regional initiatives, and WWF network practices related to landscape interventions. * Promote landscape integration with other landscapes, technical areas, and support units of WWF-Peru, contributing to an integrated institutional vision. **Specific Responsibilities** * Responsible for achieving the landscape’s fundraising targets in coordination with the Resource Mobilization team, actively participating in identifying opportunities and in proposal review and presentation meetings, ensuring technical and financial quality of proposals in coordination with the team. * Monitor and evaluate technical and strategic implementation of the landscape plan, proposing adjustments to ensure achievement of Strategic Plan objectives. * Verify compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of reports and other landscape deliverables. * Supervise the landscape team to foster integration and synergies among members, ensuring their professional development and achievement of institutional goals. * Identify and promptly report landscape risks, jointly proposing effective and efficient mitigation alternatives with the Risk Team. * Ensure compliance with WWF’s environmental and social safeguards in coordination with the Safeguards Officer. * Manage relationships with donors, the WWF network, and other institutions, representing the organization at landscape-related meetings in coordination with the Conservation Directorate. * Build strategic alliances and coordinate with key sector actors contributing to Strategic Plan implementation (government, business sector, civil society organizations, NGOs, and others) within the landscape. * Communicate landscape-related decisions assertively and promptly, escalating appropriate requests to the Conservation Directorate. * Coordinate with other landscape managers through periodic meetings to propose best practices and synergies supporting conservation objective achievement. * Foster an environment of trust, respect, and high performance, modeling WWF’s values.
