Job Summary: DEPILZONE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and supervise the supply chain, procurement, and warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire supply chain 2. We are currently looking for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR who meets the following profile: Requirements: - Graduate in Engineering, Administration or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. - Experience in imports and supplier management (Mandatory). - Experience in warehouse management. - Interaction with suppliers, local and international procurement. - Management indicators and processes. - Intermediate-level Office proficiency. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the supply chain process: Inbound Logistics, Processing, Outbound Logistics, and Control. - Carry out scheduling of national procurement and company import procurement. - Organize and lead the Maintenance staff. - Record, analyze, and execute the receipt of goods and corresponding documentation. - Responsible for controlling and verifying goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. - Supervise warehouse management processes. - Formulate policies, procedures, and indicators for logistics process management. - Responsible for maintaining physical stock information. - Responsible for conducting inventories of company assets and stock. - Calculate supply requirements for departments and branches.
