Position Summary: Alicorp S.A.A. seeks a professional to lead and establish maintenance management strategies, ensuring the operational continuity and reliability of production lines. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement in production lines. **Date:** Apr 13, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Lead, monitor, and establish maintenance management strategies to ensure the operational continuity and reliability of various production lines, enabling us to meet current and future market demand.**What will you do in this role?** * Monitor budget deviations against actual spending and propose improvements to the plant's budget design. * Select, contract, and evaluate qualified Maintenance Service providers and oversee their operations within the facility. * Actively participate in maintenance audits and serve as the primary sponsor to timely implement agreed-upon actions for improving maintenance management. * Supervise execution of maintenance work derived from the Program, ensuring proper notification and timely technical closure of maintenance orders. * Manage appropriate staffing levels, technical capabilities of the team, and shift assignments across plants under supervision; additionally, propose training needs. * Promote teamwork for problem-solving (RdP) or production line improvements, driving TPM and RCM initiatives. * Continuously develop and update maintenance plans based on failure modes occurring in the plant. * Coordinate with Planners and Schedulers regarding scheduling, materials, and spare parts required for maintenance work execution. * Promptly identify potential issues that could significantly disrupt production lines and propose maintenance activities to enhance reliability, leveraging OEE data. * Supervise the Metrological Control Program. * Understand, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, in accordance with the company's management systems and applicable legal regulations. **What do we need from you?** * University degree: * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Diploma, specialization, or courses in Maintenance Management and/or Reliability. * Preferred: Diploma, specialization, or courses in Energy Management. * Preferred: Diploma or specialization or courses in Automation. * SAP Production Module proficiency. * Intermediate MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Maintenance Manager in logistics, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food, or related industries.
