Join a team with extensive experience in the sector At Grupo SSI SAC, a Peruvian company with over 15 years of experience in integrated logistics, energy, and refrigeration solutions, we are looking to incorporate a Mechatronics Technician / Electrician – Generator Sets to support our operations in Callao and nationwide. The ideal candidate will hold a completed or ongoing technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, and possess knowledge of diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance of generator sets or diesel engines. Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets from reputable brands such as Carrier and ThermoKing. - Diagnose faults and carry out electrical repairs on generator sets. - Provide technical support for cold-chain transportation operations using underslung equipment. - Comply with the company’s established quality and safety standards. - Ensure proper operational functionality of equipment for ongoing operations. - Carry out other related tasks within the employee’s capabilities, as requested by the employer or direct supervisor. Requirements: - Completed or ongoing technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Experience (or lack thereof) in generator set or diesel engine maintenance is acceptable. - Essential knowledge of diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. - Availability to work in Callao and travel nationwide. - A-I or higher driver’s license is desirable. - Must reside in Callao or neighboring districts. - Ability to work collaboratively, proactivity, and commitment to safety and quality.
