PCO Medical is seeking an Occupational Physician responsible for the surveillance and promotion of workers' health, as well as the management of occupational health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for occupational health surveillance and promotion.
2. Development and implementation of health surveillance programs.
3. Determination of medical fitness and case follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree holder, registered with the medical association, and duly licensed.
* Master's degree in Occupational Health or a diploma in Occupational Health (mandatory).
* Minimum one year of experience as an occupational physician (mandatory).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Availability to work on-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for health surveillance of workers across various departments.
* Develops and implements worker health surveillance programs based on identified health risks and requirements.
* Determines workers' medical fitness.
* Responsible for educational activities related to health promotion and prevention among workers.
* Maintains ongoing coordination with the HR department to report on the follow-up of chronic cases.
* Responsible for follow-up of workers' occupational medical cases.
* Directly responsible for submitting the monthly status report on compliance with worker health surveillance programs (monthly report).
* Conducts follow-up, coordination, and documentation of observations from medical examinations.
* Coordinates the execution of return-to-work medical examinations.
