Warm and patient interpersonal interaction **Job Profile: Nursing Technician – Elderly Care (Afternoon Shift)** **Schedule:** 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (7 hours daily) **Work Mode:** In-person (at client’s residence) **Job Objective:** To provide comprehensive care, support, and companionship to an elderly individual, ensuring their physical well-being, emotional health, and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and recording vital signs. * Administering medications as prescribed by physicians. * Assisting with personal hygiene. * Supporting mobility and fall prevention. * Assisting with meals. * Providing continuous companionship and emotional support. * Observing health status and reporting any changes. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the environment. **Requirements:** * Certified Nursing Technician. * Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care. * Knowledge of geriatric patient management. * Availability during the specified schedule. **Personal Profile (Highly Important):** * Good temperament. * Kind and warm in interpersonal interactions. * Patient and understanding. * Responsible and punctual. * Service-oriented vocation and empathy. **Employment Conditions:** * 7-hour workday (12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). * Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day). * Work location: Client’s residence.
