Learn more here: https://www.inhouse.com.pe/ **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek an **Occupational Nurse**, with a service-oriented vocation, commitment, and preventive focus, who will contribute to the comprehensive health care of our employees and wishes to join a strong and growing team. **What Do We Value in You?** * Results-oriented mindset * Proactivity and foresight * Teamwork * Service-oriented vocation * Punctuality, commitment, and professional ethics * Honesty and loyalty * Organizational and planning skills * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure * Adaptability and flexibility **Experience and Knowledge:** * Degree in Nursing * Registered with the Nursing Professional Association * Specialization in Occupational Health * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health or similar functions * Knowledge of Ministry of Health guidelines and protocols * Training in first aid and emergency medical response * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Assist in evaluating workers’ health status according to established protocols * Support implementation of the Annual Occupational Health Plan and the Health Surveillance Program * Conduct medical follow-up and surveillance of workers under supervision of the Occupational Physician * Provide nursing care and support during medical evaluations * Respond to and assist in medical emergencies * Implement occupational nursing care protocols * Deliver lectures and training on occupational health topics * Support continuous improvement of occupational health programs * Prepare reports and records of care and follow-up activities * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician or immediate supervisor **Conditions:** Availability to work at various locations and travel to construction sites as required by operational needs.
