Focus on staff well-being and physical rehabilitation Occupational Clinic S\&M is looking for an **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our plant-based occupational health team. **REQUIREMENTS**: * **Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology**, specialized in **Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** delivering physical or occupational therapy services. * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Provide support in the institution’s comprehensive occupational health management. * Conduct musculoskeletal assessments for staff upon entry, periodically, and for follow-up. * Deliver training on ergonomics and proper postural practices. * Develop muscle-strengthening programs for employees. * Monitor and follow up with staff diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace well-being campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Occupational Physician. **SCHEDULE**: * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **SALARY**: * Between S/ 2,400\.00 and S/ 2,600\.00 (based on experience) **LOCATION**: * Callao (Faucett and Gambetta plants) **WE OFFER** * Immediate payroll registration under the Microenterprise regime * Renewable 6-month contract * Professional development and growth in occupational health Salary: Up to S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
