Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanics or Automotive Mechanics Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and generate spare parts lists. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 2. Interpretation of blueprints and technical evaluation of components 3. Generation of spare parts lists and assurance of repairs We require a Maintenance Mechanics or Automotive Mechanics Technician. - Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Completely or partially disassembles machines or equipment, interpreting blueprints and catalogs for maintenance/repair. - Conducts technical evaluation of components requiring repair using measuring instruments (calipers, external and internal micrometers, dial indicator, chrome thickness gauge, hardness tester, etc.). - Repairs or replaces defective elements or parts of machines and equipment. - Performs measurements and functional tests on repaired mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment and records results. - Transports machine parts and components. - Performs cutting, fitting, and surface finishing of metallic and non-metallic materials. - Paints equipment and machine components. - Interprets technical drawings, schematics, and specialized information according to standards and specifications. - Generates spare parts list for equipment repair. - Reports all changes and issues regarding spare parts or other details to immediate supervisor. - Ensures proper functioning of completed repairs. - Reports daily to immediate supervisor on all progress and issues related to assigned tasks.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Technician 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 30 years Knowledge: Carpentry, Hydraulics, Use of measuring tools, Metrology, Pneumatics, Use of gardening tools Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: operator, operario, operator
