Courses, seminars, and/or workshops related to the specialty. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Pediatric ICU area (mandatory). Valid Basic or Advanced CPR certification. Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in San Isidro. Competencies of the Ideal Candidate: Empathy and service orientation. Focus on quality care and patient safety. Effective communication.
