It ALL Starts WITH YOU! **About You** In this Packager role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market—putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Handling, pressing, and moving raw materials via pallet jack from the conversion area’s waste zone to manufacturing. * Accurately completing production forms and operating the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). * Daily verification that safety and operational conditions meet required standards—including the air compressor. * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal procedures, and SMART housekeeping in all daily tasks. * Alerting the shift assistant, analyst, or coordinator about any detected failures to schedule corrective action. You will maintain equipment associated with Kimberly\-Clark product manufacturing, packaging, and distribution through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
