




Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in PTFE non-stick coatings to lead laboratory operations, quality control, and metalworking processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and training of the production team. **Mechanical Engineer** We are seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer with technical experience in PTFE-based non-stick coatings applied to fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts, and technical parts) as well as components for the food and bakery industries. The role includes active involvement in laboratory processes, quality control, and laboratory management. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in metalworking workshops or plants. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Production planning and control. * Metalworking processes (welding, cutting, structural fabrication, machining). * Technical standards for materials. * Quality control and metrology. * Industrial safety and occupational health and safety (OHS). * Residence in areas near Huachipa (e.g., Santa Clara, Ate, Chaclacayo, Santa Anita, San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino, etc.). * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize production activities, allocate resources, and establish priorities. * Coordinate with sales and dispatch departments regarding delivery dates and customer requirements. * Read, interpret, and design engineering drawings according to sales department requests and received quotations. * Calculate, requisition, and optimize required raw materials, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Select and verify that raw materials meet required technical properties and specifications. * Review and ensure compliance with regulations related to material properties, dimensions, and design requirements. * Prepare detailed work orders specifying technical, operational, and safety requirements. * Assign personnel duties according to production planning and work orders. * Supervise and control the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturing standards. * Verify dimensions and measurements during production to ensure correct product fabrication. * Resolve operational issues arising during production execution. * Collect, analyze, and report production data, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Deliver finished products to the logistics department within established deadlines. * Lead, coordinate, and train the production team, promoting a positive work environment and conflict resolution. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with social benefits under the MYPE regime. * Transportation allowance. * Birthday leave day. * Positive work environment. * SCTR insurance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location:** * Otr.
