Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to perform operational tasks at the plant, including quality control, product management, and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of: **PRODUCTION OPERATOR \- ZARATE PLANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in this or a similar role at continuous process plants, preferably. * Experience in operational work, plants, or related fields * Certificate or c4 indicating completion of secondary education * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work on a 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule with a rotating day off. * Availability to work rotating shifts \| 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM \| 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM \| 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adhere to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards. * Comply with existing control measures outlined in the IPER matrix (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and the Environmental Aspects Matrix. * Identify non-conforming products among operational items. * Perform destriping of units arriving from route. * Record product losses occurring in the warehouse. * Transport damaged products to the rework zone. * Track batch numbers and/or product intake dates to ensure proper stock rotation. * Keep products clean and in good condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of work * Statutory benefits * Corporate benefits * 100% covered meals * Statutory life insurance from the first day of work * Accident insurance * Shuttle buses * Profit-sharing Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
