Job Summary: University graduate in industrial engineering, occupational safety and hygiene, or environmental engineering to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health legislation, promote a safety prevention culture, and supervise fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes a safety prevention culture at work 2. Supervises and inspects the correct use of PPE 3. Carries out preventive actions SSOMA REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in university programs such as industrial engineering, occupational safety and hygiene, or environmental engineering. Knowledge of safety standards, laws, and regulations related to SSOMA. FUNCTIONS: Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health legislation. Perform operational tasks. Promote a safety prevention culture at work. Supervise and inspect the correct use of PPE. Prepare, schedule, and follow up on daily 5-minute safety talks for operations staff. Supervise field installation activities for telecommunications services both in Lima and provinces. Manage field safety observations. Carry out preventive actions. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Manage and monitor compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH), quality, and environmental training. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
