Position Summary: University professional in industrial engineering, occupational safety and hygiene, or environmental engineering to supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promote prevention, and manage safety observations. Leadership and effective communication to lead work teams SSOMA REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of university programs in industrial engineering, occupational safety and hygiene, or environmental engineering. Knowledge of safety standards, laws, and regulations related to SSOMA. FUNCTIONS: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Perform operational tasks. Promote a prevention culture in the workplace. Supervise and inspect the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Prepare, schedule, and follow up on daily 5-minute safety talks for operations. Supervise field installation of telecommunications services both in Lima and provinces. Manage safety observations in the field. Develop preventive actions. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Manage and monitor compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH), quality, and environmental training. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
