Experience with SAP (Cost or Maintenance modules) and Power BI **Date:** 31 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Lead the planning, control, and optimization of Engineering and Maintenance costs, ensuring efficient management of investments (CAPEX), operational expenses (OPEX), contracts, and industrial projects through indicator tracking and implementation of strategies that guarantee sustainability, profitability, and continuity of operations. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Consolidation and control of the Annual Industrial and Logistics Investment Plan. * Cost and timeline planning for industrial and logistics investments. * Responsible for procurement of industrial equipment, services, and asset additions/deletions. * Monitoring, control, and forecasting of Maintenance costs. * Updating and generating new maintenance service contracts for industrial assets. * Development of the Department’s Balanced Scorecard based on KPIs (internal and external) and reporting to the Vice Presidency. * Forecasting of CAPEX and OPEX costs; creation of PPM indicator reports. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Intermediate English preferred * ERP SAP, Cost or Maintenance modules. Experience with SAP 4 HANNA preferred * Power BI * More than 5 years of experience in similar positions * Leadership experience for teams of 10 or more people.
